One behaviour change if you create or delete proxies programmatically: always sign create/delete-proxy with the account's main wallet -signing with a trading key now creates a separate account instead of returning a 400. Read-only (
read-only:labelled) keys are now refused on the four secret-only writes. New: publicGET /v1/info/builder-stats, builder display names, andfirst_fill_aton competition leaderboards.
